When a UT-1 is connected to a D4 or D7000 camera, the software will in addition to the Transfer mode and PC mode options display Thumbnail select mode and Print mode options, but latter-named two options cannot be used. This notice is provided to inform users of SnapBridge, SnapBridge 360/170, and/or the Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU), all Nikon apps for smart devices, of the results of compatibility testing with Apple’s iOS 13.

We have confirmed that the issues described below occur with SnapBridge and SnapBridge 360/170.
We are currently looking into means of resolving these issues. We will inform users once those means have been determined.

When attempting to pair the smart device with a camera, an error indicating that pairing has failed is displayed, and pairing cannot be completed

Wi-Fi connection is unexpectedly terminated approximately 10 seconds after it is established:

The app sometimes quits unexpectedly while auto download is in progress

*Should this occur, tap Cancel or Pair to close the dialog. The device and camera have been successfully paired regardless of which button is tapped.
Compatibility testing for the Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU) is ongoing, but we have yet to discover any compatibility issues.
